About the role

The HR Operations Advisor 3 supports day-to-day HR operational activities, ensuring a seamless end-to-end colleague experience from hire to retire, while effectively collaborating with stakeholders and keeping all relevant teams informed.

  • Language proficiency in Brazilian Portuguese (B2 level certification or equivalent preferred).

What you will be doing (Role Accountabilities)

  • Take ownership of requests and collaborate across teams to resolve them.
  • Set clear expectations and be accountable for agreed outcomes.
  • Provide clear, accurate, and compliant HR guidance to employees and managers.
  • Deliver a consistent and positive customer experience, with a focus on first-contact resolution.
  • Follow security policies and understand roles and responsibilities.
  • Recognize and report security incidents promptly.
  • Own queries end-to-end and meet SLA and performance targets.
  • Apply strong knowledge of HR policies and practices in daily work.
  • Work in line with HR Services’ vision and values.
  • Support onboarding by guiding and mentoring new team members.
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Support change initiatives and help ensure successful adoption.
  • Investigate service issues, identify root causes, and implement fixes.
  • Collaborate effectively and contribute as an active team member.
  • Interpret policies and apply them appropriately.
  • Make informed decisions within defined responsibilities.
  • Provide support beyond core responsibilities when required.
  • Respond promptly to ad hoc HR queries and requests.

Experience

  • Experience working in HR operations or a shared services environment.
  • Experience managing stakeholders and working across teams.
  • Exposure to process improvement and efficiency initiatives.
  • Experience supporting or implementing process or organisational changes.
  • Experience working with performance metrics and service targets.
  • Experience in policy development or contributing to policy updates (preferred).
  • Exposure to project or programme coordination (preferred).
  • Experience supporting onboarding or mentoring team members (preferred).
  • Language proficiency in Portuguese (B2 level certification or equivalent preferred).
  • Experience promoting and supporting a shared services model.

About the role

The HR Ops. Advisor 3 assists in the delivery of people processes and practices such as payroll programmes, HRIS management and data analysis related to employment, employee relations, employment practices and procedures, and recruiting.
