Why This Job Matters & What You’ll Do:

Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) is a key sales channel for BT, and an exciting segment in Enterprise, putting focus on small and medium business customers. Our purpose in SME is to be the engine for growth for UK small businesses, ensuring they have brilliant solutions to help their businesses thrive.

You'll be selling to our customers through mostly outbound calls with a mix of inbound calls and email communication. You will work towards performance targets through new customer sales, up-sell and retention. You will answer and respond to customer enquiries efficiently, effectively, and appropriately in accordance with defined processes and procedures.

Skills You’ll Need:

• Confident and effective communicator
• Comfortable using basic IT systems
• Track record of achieving or exceeding targets
• Sales experience is advantageous
