The Role

Are you someone with enthusiasm and belief in providing excellent business sales and building client relationships?

If so, we are looking for people like you to join our frontline Outbound Business Sales teams as an advisor. You will be the backbone of our business by building strong relationships with our business customers and helping them deliver their objectives through use of our services.

Whether it’s interacting with BT’s in life customer base, retaining resigns or cross selling, we provide this across BT’s Business portfolio. This includes Lines, Broadband, Mobile and Cloudphone for both the BT and EE Brands.

With the training and support we give you, you’re the expert that our business customers look forward to talking to. You’ll be their expert, showing them how our products and services can enhance their business and help them deliver on their objectives.

You'll have the following responsibilities:

  • Achieve all business targets as defined in the relevant Pay Plan whilst ensuring compliance and quality obligations are adhered to.
  • Achieve all quality measures as defined by the business
  • Ensure a strong understanding of BT’s products and services to be able to effectively retain and acquire customers and ensure that the customer’s needs are being appropriately met.
  • Identify quickly and accurately, when the customer enquiry is not relevant to the key purpose of your role and to ensure that a professional and timely transfer of the opportunity takes place in line with defined procedures
  • Be proficient and compliant in the use of the relevant systems, PC, Telephony, and all other standard BT office automation systems such as e-mail and the intranet.
  • Ensure absolute accuracy with order entry and data entry onto the appropriate systems. Ensuring that external and internal customer details and requirements are always met.
