About the role

We are seeking an experienced, resilient Agile Delivery Manager to join the Supercharge Mobile Programme - an ambitious, large-scale transformation redefining the future of our Telco business. This is a rare opportunity to lead delivery at scale, driving a complex replatforming initiative that unlocks innovative products, new capabilities, and seamless migration to next-generation ecosystems. Operating within the Supercharge cluster in the Mobile Tribe, you will work across both squad and programme altitudes—mobilising and aligning over 30 concurrent teams to deliver high-quality outcomes at pace. You will be part of a high-performing community of Agile Delivery Managers, collaborating to orchestrate delivery across a diverse and technically complex landscape.

What you’ll be doing

You will work within a large, high-energy cluster that presents both opportunity and challenge. A core part of your remit will be to influence culture and evolve ways of working—bringing people together across boundaries, fostering alignment, and enabling teams to perform at their best. Your ability to lead through influence, build momentum, and unlock collective potential will be critical to success.

1. Leads the day-to-day delivery of the squad, ensuring alignment with the defined roadmap, timeline, and budget constraints.
2. Facilitates key Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily Scrums, retrospectives, and sprint demos, driving team collaboration and efficiency.
3. Partners with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and provide regular progress updates, ensuring squad objectives are achieved.
4. Establishes a performance-driven culture within the squad, ensuring high standards and continuous delivery aligned with business goals.
5. Identifies risks and blockers affecting delivery and coordinates mitigation efforts, ensuring smooth squad operations and minimal disruption across tribes.
6. Maintains an objective approach to troubleshooting, applying Agile principles to resolve challenges and drive delivery success.
7. Drives collaboration across squads to ensure dependencies are managed effectively and delivery is optimized.
8. Works closely with other Agile Delivery Managers and Agile Coaches to enhance the application of Agile practices and foster cross-squad collaboration.
9. Ensures the squad adheres to the delivery roadmap, managing scope, budgets, and timelines to meet business expectations.
10. Fosters a continuous improvement mindset within the squad, promoting learning, innovation, and effective problem-solving.
11. Provides regular reporting on squad progress, highlighting challenges and ensuring transparency with stakeholders to enable timely interventions.

Essential Skills / Experience

A strong grounding in technical digital delivery is essential. You will be confident navigating complex architectures, system integrations, and engineering-led delivery challenges, enabling informed decision-making and effective collaboration with technical teams and stakeholders.

This role demands energy, autonomy, and resilience. You will bring a strong growth mindset, proactively identifying inefficiencies, driving continuous improvement, and leading with clarity and purpose in a fast-paced, evolving environment. For driven professionals, this is an exceptional opportunity to make a tangible impact at scale while shaping the future of digital mobile services.
