What you’ll be doing

You’ll be welcomed as a Claims Adjuster into our experienced, friendly, award-winning claims department within a specialised and highly collaborative Property Team. The role will encompass both property facilities and open market risks, dealing with referral and complex claims. As a key member of the team, dealing with claims from various territories, you’ll likely learn something new every day and will have our full support to build on your existing expertise within Property claims.

You’ll also assist the Divisional Head and Managers to report on trends and loss ratios to senior management and the Underwriters. Dealing directly with coverholder’s on claims issues, whilst effectively liaising with brokers and third parties in the adjustment of claims, in line with company strategy, regulatory and legal compliance. Whether your experience to date is from a syndicate, MGA, broking or insurance company environment, it’s your drive and enthusiasm that’s important to us along with your relationship building abilities and willingness to interact on a daily basis with service providers, Underwriters internal and external stakeholders alike. We’d also like you to begin (or continue) study for the ACII qualification and a comprehensive study and personal development package awaits you.
