How You'll Make An Impact
Are you a data-fluent, technically minded analytics professional looking to build the future of Talent Acquisition (TA)? We are looking for a TA Analytics & AI Specialist to join our team during a pivotal chapter.
In this role, you won't just pull standard reports—you will own the data pipeline from our source systems into Snowflake, build advanced dashboards in Power BI, and architect AI agents to automate high-friction TA workflows. If you are a systems thinker who thrives on writing optimized SQL, configuring API connections, and leveraging advanced prompt engineering to scale operations, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
Implementation & Data Architecture
-
- Act as the technical data lead, ensuring data fields, schemas, and historical data migrate with 100% integrity.
- Partner with IT and Enterprise Data teams to manage our TA data pipelines inside Snowflake and write optimized SQL queries to blend disparate datasets.
- Audit, clean, and rebuild calculated fields, data schemas, and dashboards to ensure absolute data integrity across platforms.
AI Agents & Automation Orchestration
-
- Design, test, and deploy autonomous AI agents and automated workflows to eliminate manual TA administrative tasks and maximize operational efficiency.
- Leverage advanced LLMs like Claude (including Artifacts, Projects, and API connections) for rapid data prototyping, drafting complex code scripts, and building intelligent automation loops.
- Find creative ways to use generative AI and API integrations to streamline TA operations, absorbing manual administrative overhead through tech.
Cross-Functional Reporting & Predictive Analytics
-
- Own the end-to-end delivery of weekly, monthly, and quarterly TA metrics, narrative reports, and automated dashboards for critical stakeholders, including the Head of TA, the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), Finance, HRBPs, and Regional TA Leaders.
- Translate complex datasets into clean, scannable visual stories and data packets that cross-functional, non-technical stakeholders can easily action.
- Move beyond standard, lagging indicators to design advanced capacity models, hiring velocity forecasts, and pipeline bottleneck analytics.
- Design and execute data projects that bridge the gap between TA and the business—such as correlation studies tying interview/assessment data to on-the-job performance.
The Experience You Bring
- Experience: 2–5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or systems operations
- The Hard Tech Stack: Strong, hands-on proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and building dynamic dashboards in Power BI or Tableau. Direct experience working with relational databases and data warehousing tools like Snowflake is highly preferred
- AI & Agent Fluency: Advanced proficiency using Claude or similar LLMs to build reports, analyze complex datasets, and prototype technical data solutions. Practical understanding of prompt engineering, connecting APIs, and building AI agents/automated workflows
- Systems Thinker: High attention to detail. You enjoy figuring out how "Field A" in one system impacts "Report B" in another, and you understand how data orchestration impacts downstream analytics
Bonus Points If You Have
- Exposure to HR/Talent Acquisition data structures and schemas.
- Hands-on experience building integrations or orchestrating workflows using the Boomi platform.
