Position Title: Software Senior Engineer (Multiple Positions Available)

Location: 1 W Elm Street, Suite 200, Conshohocken, PA 19428

Hours: 40 hours per week

Telecommuting: 100% Telecommuting allowed from anywhere in the U.S.

JOB DUTIES: Independently design and develop Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) automation to eliminate the repeated tasks in Software Engineering Development Life Cycle. Identify the root cause of accuracy, performance, capacity, resilience and security issues in the CI/CD automation and implement the fixes. Continuously monitor the Developer experience using DORA metrics and various feedback mechanism and roll out enhancements based on the feedback. Lead, design and develop computer infrastructure and tooling automation end to end from requirement gathering to delivery. Build continuous CI/CD pipelines by integrating source code repository, code analysis, artifactory, and security scan. Automate container provisioning and container orchestration infrastructure. Implement speed and capacity improvements in tooling by adjusting various resources such as memory, CPU or similar settings in computing infrastructure. Engineer resilience by implementing autohealing or similar solutions in automation. Mentor other Boomi engineers and guide them on design collaboration and code reviews.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field of study and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or a Software Development related position.

Applicants must also have demonstrated experience with:

• Designing and developing computer infrastructure automation end to end; continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines; source code repository (Bitbucket or similar); code analysis (Sonarqube or similar); Artifactory (JFrog or similar); Security scan (Synk or similar); automating the provisioning of container (Docker or similar) and container orchestration (Kubernetes or similar) infrastructure; Terraform, Ansible or a similar tool; implementing security solutions on IT infrastructure using Single Sign On; working with the technology stack of SaaS (Software as a service) companies providing Integration Platform services; implementing autohealing solutions in automation; implementing DevOPS Research and Assessment (DORA) metrics; and monitoring metrics using dashboard in Harness (or similar tools).
