We seek energetic and highly productive CSMs for our ever-growing customer base. You will work with a large portfolio of customers to proactively launch and drive adoption and act as the voice of your customers internally at Boomi. You are relentless and dedicated to orchestrating high-value engagements including adoption, implementation, value creation, business reviews, roadmap alignment, and documenting measurable outcomes for our customers.
Please note this will be a hybrid role: 3 days from our office in Barcelona, 2 days remote.
Key Job Responsibilities:

Drive Customer Success & Value: Collaborate with customers to define and execute mutual success plans, ensuring timely production launches and maximized platform adoption to accelerate business value and align Boomi solutions with measurable outcomes.
Strategic & Technical Guidance: Act as a trusted platform advocate by leading consultative, value-driven engagements. This includes uncovering strategic pain points, positioning Boomi across Integration, APIM, and Data Management, and providing high-level technical/architectural insights.

Build Relationships & Champions: Nurture strategic relationships with key decision-makers to maintain Boomi's critical role within the customer's organization, proactively navigating organizational shifts and reinforcing Boomi's competitive value proposition.

Manage Portfolio Health & Renewal: Proactively manage a large customer portfolio, utilizing data-driven insights on platform usage and adoption trends to forecast renewals accurately, mitigate risks, and elevate strategic conversations with C-level executives.

Escalation and Value Delivery: Expertly manage business escalations by quickly assessing impact and coordinating cross-functional teams for timely resolution. Conduct regular business reviews to document and showcase qualitative and quantitative achievements, ensuring continued alignment with customer roadmaps
Essential Requirements:
- Experience in technical roles such as Solution Architect, Consultant, Systems Engineer, or Technical Account Manager with a focus on enterprise integration.
- Must have Languages: Fluent in English and German.
- Experience working with a large portfolio of customers (+100) and being able to manage multiple accounts at different stages in the life cycle.
- Ability to engage with platform owners and technical stakeholders on subjects such as total cost of ownership, technical roadmaps, and architecture optimization.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Nice to have:
- Solid knowledge of iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service)/API/Data management (e.g. data products, data operations, ELT, data orchestration, etc.) and cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Strong technical aptitude and desire for continued learning
- Education: Bachelor’s or diploma in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Technology Certifications Preferred: Developer or Architecture Certification in Middleware iPaaS, Cloud Native, or APIM Platform.
New Hire Bootcamp Certifications: Achieve full Boomi Developer, Architect, and Administrator certifications led by Boomi within the first two months of employment.
