Job Overview:

Boomi is seeking a talented and highly motivated Salesforce/Coveo Senior Developer with a strong background with Coveo’s AI Search technology to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. As a Salesforce/Coveo Senior Developer at Boomi Inc., you will be a key member of our development team, responsible for creating, configuring, and optimizing search and relevance experiences using Coveo, with a focus on Salesforce integration. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance search capabilities, personalization, and relevance within Salesforce environments, ultimately improving user experiences and increasing productivity.

Responsibilities:

Coveo Development: Develop and configure Coveo components to enhance search, relevance, and personalization within Salesforce and other key applications.

Salesforce Integration: Leverage your strong Salesforce background to seamlessly integrate Coveo within Salesforce environments, ensuring data consistency and relevance.

Customization: Customize and extend Coveo features to meet organizational requirements and optimize search experiences.

Technical Design: Create and maintain technical design documentation to outline the architecture, data models, and system workflows, with a focus on Salesforce integration.

User Support: Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and enhance the usability of Coveo within Salesforce environments.Quality Assurance: Perform testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the stability, performance, and security of Coveo and Salesforce integrations.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, and actively participate in project discussions and planning.

Training and Documentation: Provide training and create documentation for end-users and colleagues to promote effective use of Coveo within Salesforce.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and 6+ years of experience.

• Proven experience as a Coveo Developer with a strong background in Salesforce integration.

• Proficiency in Coveo, Salesforce, and relevant web technologies.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams.

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer) are a strong plus.

• Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and web development technologies.

• Knowledge of Coveo search and relevance solutions.
