  • Partner with enablement leads to ensure smooth rollout and adoption of strategic enablement programs and events (e.g., training events in-person and virtual).
Maintain centralized program documentation and templates to ensure consistency and scale.

Tool Management & Content Operations

  • Support the management and maintenance of enablement tools such as Highspot, ensuring content is up-to-date, easy to find, and aligned with sales plays and campaigns.
  • Own the Asana project board for the Revenue Enablement team, ensuring projects are accurately tracked, updated, and communicated across stakeholders.
  • Design and develop engaging, role-based eLearning content for Sales teams using industry best practices and modern learning technologies.

Logistics & Administration

  • Coordinate logistics for virtual and in-person enablement events, including sessions for onboarding, RKOs, and leadership programs.
  • Collect and organize feedback from participants to help refine and improve learning experiences.
  • Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of program participation and completion rates.

Cross-Functional Support

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders in Revenue Enablement, Sales, Marketing, Product, RevOps, and HR to help align timelines and deliverables.
  • Help facilitate internal alignment meetings and track action items to keep initiatives moving forward.

The Experience You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
  • A minimum of 4 years in sales, enablement, onboarding, or talent development roles, preferably within the technology sector.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience using enablement or project management tools (e.g., Highspot, Asana, LMS platforms, Google Suite, Zoom).
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Clear communicator with a positive, team-first mindset.
  • Experience in the SaaS or tech industry preferred.
