Our award-winning, intelligent integration and automation platform helps organizations power the future of business. At Boomi, you’ll work with world-class people and industry-leading technology. We are looking for an ambitious, strategic, and people-focused Partner Sales Leader to take our partner business to the next level. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, knows how to scale partner ecosystems, and enjoys building and leading high-performing teams that deliver measurable commercial results.

This is a hybrid role, based three days per week in our vibrant Poble Nou office in Barcelona, working closely with regional and global leadership.

What You’ll Do

Strategic Partnership Development

  • Identify, build, and scale high-value strategic partnerships and alliances that directly support sales and growth objectives.

  • Partner with senior leadership to define and execute a clear, ambitious partner strategy aligned to broader business goals.

  • Support the negotiation and structuring of partnership agreements, ensuring clarity around objectives, success metrics, and mutual accountability.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, inspire, and grow a high-performing Partner Sales team that consistently meets and exceeds targets.

  • Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and innovation, where performance and development go hand in hand.

  • Provide regular coaching, feedback, and mentorship, enabling team members to grow their careers while delivering results.

Partner Enablement

  • Design and scale partner enablement programs that equip partners to win—technically, commercially, and operationally.

  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Sales to ensure partner initiatives are fully aligned with go-to-market priorities.

  • Drive impactful joint sales and marketing initiatives that increase partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue.

Performance Management

  • Define, track, and optimize KPIs that measure partner success and team performance.

  • Analyze partnership performance and translate insights into clear actions that accelerate revenue growth.

  • Prepare and present regular performance updates and strategic recommendations to leadership.

Collaboration & Relationship Building

  • Build trusted relationships with key internal stakeholders and senior partner leaders to drive shared success.

  • Act as a central point of connection between partners and internal teams, ensuring strong alignment, smooth execution, and effective issue resolution.

  • Stay closely connected to market trends, competitor activity, and evolving partner models to continuously refine strategy.

The Experience You Bring

  • Several years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or business development, including at least 2 years in a people leadership role.

  • Demonstrated success driving revenue growth through strategic alliances and partner ecosystems.

  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with a genuine passion for developing talent.

  • Experience operating in high-velocity sales environments.

  • Hands-on experience working with Systems Integrators, ISVs, and reseller partners.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Strategic mindset combined with the ability to execute with discipline and pace.

  • Experience influencing and collaborating across a matrixed organization.

  • Analytical, data-driven approach to performance management and decision-making.

  • Hybrid role – three days per week in the Barcelona office.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Why Join Us

This is a rare opportunity to lead partner sales at a pivotal moment of growth. You will operate in a business that is partner-first, innovation-led, and genuinely agile, where strong ideas move quickly from concept to execution. You’ll have the autonomy to shape strategy, the backing of engaged senior leadership, and access to a mature, global partner ecosystem spanning SIs, ISVs, and resellers. Unlike heavily layered organizations, decision-making here is fast, impact is visible, and success is recognized. If you are motivated by building something meaningful, scaling partner revenue with modern technology, and working with smart, driven people in a collaborative culture, this role offers both influence and long-term career growth.
