As the Global Benefits and Retirement Plan Director, you'll play a critical role in attracting and retaining top talent by leading the development, implementation, and management of our industry-leading benefits and retirement programs for a global workforce.

What you'll do:

  • Influence and implement a comprehensive global benefits strategy aligned with company goals and employee needs
  • Oversee the design, budget, and administration of health, wellness, retirement, life insurance, disability and other employee benefit programs across all regions
  • Conduct regular market analysis to ensure our benefits programs remain competitive and compliant with local regulations
  • Manage relationships with benefit vendors and consultants
  • Longer term, build and lead a team of benefits professionals and provide strategic direction and development
  • Develop and deliver clear communication plans to keep employees informed about available benefits and updates
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in global benefits and retirement plans

The experience you bring:

  • 7+ years of experience in employee benefits and retirement plans, with a strong track record of success in a global technology company
  • Proven ability to develop and implement strategic global benefits programs
  • Deep knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing employee benefits plans in multiple countries
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Experience leading and motivating a team
  • Proficiency in relevant software programs (e.g., Workday, Benefits Administration systems)
  • Partially self-funded models and International pooling understanding

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience with mergers and acquisitions and integrating benefits programs
  • Project management expertise
  • Strong understanding of the technology industry and its workforce
  • A passion for employee well-being and financial security
  • Private and public company experience

Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base compensation for this position in the US ranges between $163,669 - $245,504 USD annually + applicable bonus. This position is remote-friendly and, as such, final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
