The Opportunity

Boomi is seeking a dynamic, high-impact Director of Sales Development & Digital Sales – EMEA to lead our pipeline generation and velocity sales engine across Europe.

This leader will:

  • Drive pan-European Sales Development through three front-line managers and their teams.

  • Lead a high-velocity Digital Sales team of four quota-carrying representatives focused on the sub-$50M revenue segment and opportunities under $26K ACV.

  • Build predictable, scalable pipeline to power Boomi’s field sales organization.

This is a builder role for someone who understands how to generate enterprise pipeline, close business directly, and create high-performance teams across diverse European markets.

What You’ll Do

Lead European Sales Development

  • Own qualified pipeline delivery across EMEA.

  • Coach and develop three SDR managers and their teams.

  • Elevate outbound strategy, conversion performance, and AE partnership.

  • Drive accountability through strong operating rhythms and forecasting discipline.

Own the Digital Sales (Velocity) Motion

  • Lead four Digital Sales Representatives responsible for full-cycle execution in the zero–$50M revenue space.

  • Optimize speed, conversion, and deal progression for opportunities under $26K.

  • Scale a repeatable, high-efficiency inside sales engine.

Build a High-Performance Culture

  • Recruit and retain top European talent.

  • Develop future sales leaders through structured coaching.

  • Create a culture of ownership, urgency, and measurable outcomes.

  • Champion collaboration across Field Sales, Marketing, and RevOps.

What You Bring

  • Significantly tenured in B2B technology sales and/or sales development leadership.

  • Proven experience leading multi-country European SDR teams.

  • Direct quota-carrying sales experience with a track record of success.

  • Experience selling complex B2B solutions into the Office of the CIO/CFO/CDO.

  • Demonstrated ability to consistently deliver pipeline against aggressive growth targets.

  • Strong operational and forecasting discipline.

  • Experience building high-performance teams in fast-growth SaaS or enterprise technology environments.
