Commercial Sales Account Manager – DACH (Barcelona, Hybrid)
Location: Barcelona, Spain – Hybrid (minimum 3 days onsite in our vibrant city-centre office)

About the Role
As a Commercial Sales Account Manager for DACH, your primary focus will be on expanding and nurturing existing customer relationships within Boomi’s high-volume commercial segment. You’ll partner with current customers to understand their evolving needs, uncover opportunities for growth, and ensure they’re leveraging Boomi to its fullest potential.
This is a strategic, relationship-focused role where your ability to build trust and deliver value will directly drive customer success and retention.
What You’ll Do

Grow and expand existing customer accounts by identifying upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities.

Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, guiding customers on how Boomi can further support their business goals.

Use consultative selling techniques to design tailored solutions that address customers’ evolving challenges.

Develop and execute account plans to meet growth targets and ensure long-term customer satisfaction.

Engage cross-functional teams—including customer success, solutions consulting, and marketing—to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.

Analyze account performance and market trends to proactively address customer needs and risks.

Accurately forecast renewals and expansion revenue while tracking key performance metrics.
What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Experience in relationship-based account management or sales experience, ideally within SaaS, cloud, or integration solutions.

Strong German and English communication skills (additional European languages are a plus).

Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar sales methodologies (preferred).

A customer-first mindset, strong business acumen, and a passion for driving growth within existing accounts.

Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
