National Sales Manager - BDI Peripheral Vascular

Job Description Summary

BDI PV is seeking to hire a National Sales Manager for our India-South Asia Business. Responsible to grow the Peripheral Vascular (BDI - PV) business by driving the Sales organization with goals of meeting strategic and financial objectives. PV is a high growth business with a strong growth potential driven by market shaping & category creation. The candidate must possess a good understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscape, along with strong communication skills, both written & verbal, to effectively communicate with all levels within an organization.

Job Description

• Drive sales growth through engaging customer conversations focused on value creation. Build strong relationships with customers in segments of Vascular and IR & IC segment by engaging them in meaningful conversations focused on their needs, goals, challenges and solutions offered by PV products.
• Develop key accounts / clusters and manage channel partners across regions.
  Understand market dynamics and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.
• Utilize data analytics tools to gather insights into customer behaviour and preferences, allowing for tailored approaches when interacting with potential buyers or existing customers.
• Effectively communicate with all levels within an organization including decision makers at customer sites as well as internal stakeholders such as Marketing Teams, Supply Chain, Operations etc.,
• Work closely with distributors / channel partners to ensure they are equipped with necessary information regarding product offerings, promotions etc., so they can adequately represent BDB products in the marketplace.
• Maintain accurate records related to sales activities, expenses incurred, customer interactions etc., using CRM systems like SFDC etc., for future reference purposes.
• Lead & develop RSMs and their teams
