Regular Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and resolve issues.
Maintenance Tasks: Perform general maintenance tasks including painting, carpentry, plumbing, and
electrical repairs.
Repairs: Conduct minor and major repairs on building structures and systems, including plumbing,
electrical, controls, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
Preventive Maintenance: Perform preventive maintenance to avoid potential breakdowns and
malfunctions.
Equipment Management: Install and set up new equipment, machinery, and maintain an inventory of
repair equipment and supplies.
Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations.
Documentation: Document all installation, repair, and maintenance activities.
