Requirements

Mandatory intermediate-to-advanced English and fluent Spanish language skills.

Financial Modeling: Build and maintain advanced Excel models and planning tools to identify financial trends and risks.
Forecasting & Budgeting: Prepare comprehensive financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term plans to support strategic decision-making.
ERP Systems: Utilize SAP EPM and SAP ECC to support monthly and annual closes and data accuracy.
Reporting: Generate detailed financial reports and presentations highlighting key metrics for management.

Actividades y responsabilidades principales
Preparar y analizar pronósticos financieros, presupuestos y modelos de planificación a largo plazo
Desarrollar y mantener herramientas de análisis financiero para identificar tendencias, riesgos y oportunidades.
Colaborar con diferentes departamentos para recopilar datos y comprender los impulsores del rendimiento financiero.
Generar informes financieros detallados y presentaciones para la gerencia, destacando métricas clave y recomendaciones.
Participar en la evaluación de proyectos de inversión y nuevas iniciativas desde una perspectiva financiera.
Apoyar el cierre mensual y anual, asegurando la precisión de los datos financieros.
Realizar análisis ad-hoc y estudios especiales según sea necesario para respaldar las decisiones estratégicas.
Contribuir a la mejora continua de los procesos de planificación financiera y análisis.
Formación académica y experiencia previa (idiomas, herramientas informáticas)
Licenciatura en Finanzas, Contabilidad, Economía o un campo relacionado.
Mínimo de 3-5 años de experiencia en análisis financiero, planificación o roles similares.
Dominio avanzado de Microsoft Excel (power pivot, tablas dinámicas, funciones avanzadas, modelado financiero).
Experiencia con sistemas ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) y herramientas de planificación financiera (SAP EPM, SAP ECC).
Habilidades de análisis financiero y de resolución de problemas sólidas, con atención al detalle. Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y en equipo en un entorno dinámico.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita en español.
Ingles intermedio-avanzado (Excluyente)
