Job Title: Service Delivery Lead (Cyber Specialist)

Location: Preston. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.

Salary: Circa £50,000 depending on skills and experience

What you’ll be doing:

  • Assure that Cyber Security Services are delivered in line with the agreed performance measures
  • Manage suppliers through effective supplier reviews and providing clear guidance and direction based on business knowledge and experience
  • Assure Suppliers of services are managed against the contracted services and contracts align to the Service Definition
  • Ensure that service documents for the portfolio of suppliers are maintained and current
  • Manage service demand information flows between key stakeholders and assure service capacity is appropriate to meet the future demand
  • Be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders who represent the delivery of the service to the end users
  • Be responsible for the management of service risks ensuring that these are appropriately communicated and that mitigation actions are developed and implemented
  • Supporting contract/license renewals and assuring value management from the supplier

Your skills and experiences:

Essential:

  • ITIL Service Management experience would be preferred
  • Cyber Security experience would be preferred

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of working within a SIAM operating model
  • Good experience of working with managed service suppliers with IT Service Management
  • Experience managing service and security risks and issues
  • Awareness of business unit policies and processes
  • Experience of working in an IT Development Function

The Cyber Security Service team:

The team works alongside cyber security technical and assurance specialists to facilitate the delivery of an outcome focused and repeatable cyber service. This includes managing external partners and supplier relationships and internal management and delivery of services. A principal of continual service improvement is used to mature and enhance the cyber security capabilities through process improvement and performance management, extending also to embedding service principles into the design and implementation of new cyber security capabilities.
