Job Title: Senior Communications Advisor

Location: Warton – Hybrid, 3 days minimum per week on site

Job Description:

You’ll join the Air sector Communications team, supporting high-profile programmes and innovative technology activities across FalconWorks and the wider business. Working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, you’ll deliver engaging internal communications campaigns, strategic messaging and creative content that supports business priorities, employee engagement and organisational change.

You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across leadership, technology and manufacturing teams, helping communicate developments in areas such as emerging autonomous products and future-focused innovation programmes. Using a range of digital communication channels and content tools, this role offers excellent exposure across the global communications network, with opportunities to support events, site visits and wider communications activities within a dynamic and evolving sector.

Core duties:

  • Developing internal communications activities that support business priorities and engage colleagues across FalconWorks programmes
  • Creating written and video storytelling content that highlights achievements, innovation and strategic business goals
  • Supporting Stakeholder communications, increasing visibility and encouraging open, effective communication across teams
  • Collaborating with wider communications teams to deliver consistent messaging across sector-wide activities and objectives
  • Promoting pride in products and services by communicating programme successes and future-focused ambitions

Essential Skills:

  • Degree, professional communications qualification or equivalent experience within internal or employee communications environments
  • Demonstratable experience delivering internal communications activities, supporting engagement across highly detailed or fast-paced organisations
  • Considerable content development skills, creating engaging written, visual and digital communications for diverse audiences
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, influencing stakeholders and delivering clear, effective messaging
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders, building relationships and supporting communications across large organisations

The Senior Communications Advisor Team:
