Role Description:

As a Resource Planning and Estimating Lead, you’ll take ownership of project resourcing across Qatar, Oman, and the Hawk International Line of Business, ensuring the right people are in place to meet demand. You’ll support both monthly planning and the annual IBP process, while delivering clear, commercially focused estimates to aid decision-making. Working closely with the Business Operations & Integration Manager, you’ll lead on resourcing activities, provide valuable insights for planning, and help continuously improve processes to keep things running smoothly and efficiently.

Core Duties:

  • Lead and coordinate end-to-end project resourcing activities, effectively managing demand and supply across Qatar, Oman, and the Hawk International Line of Business to ensure optimal workforce utilisation
  • Drive the integration of Project Resource Planning processes, supporting both monthly cycles and the annual Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process to align resources with strategic objectives
  • Deliver accurate and commercially focused estimating services, enabling informed decision-making and supporting operational delivery
  • Partner with the Business Operations & Integration Manager, taking ownership of resourcing activities and deputising where required to ensure continuity and effective leadership
  • Develop, compile, and manage IBP supply solutions, providing insightful management information and analysis to support business reviews and strategic planning
  • Enhance resource planning and estimating processes through continuous improvement, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with business needs

Essential Skills:

  • Demonstrate good analytical capability, with the ability to interpret complex data and clearly articulate effective project resource solutions to stakeholders
  • Apply a solid understanding of estimating and project management techniques to support accurate planning and delivery
  • Provide support to resource planning activities, managing demand and supply solutions across international programmes
  • Utilise cost modelling techniques to inform planning and forecasting, enabling data-driven decision-making and improved financial visibility
