Job Title: Project Delivery Professional – Business Operations

Location: Salmesbury – Hybrid, 3 days per week on site, including 1 at the Warton site

Job Description:

You’ll play a key role in enabling effective strategy-making in this role, supporting operational performance, governance and continuous improvement activities. You will produce insightful reports, track performance metrics and support Lifecycle Management (LCM) processes, using business tools and data to provide clarity and structure in a fast-moving environment.

Working closely with senior staff and programme teams, you’ll coordinate meetings, prepare briefings and ensure actions are tracked through to completion. You’ll also contribute to improvement strategies, helping shape processes and ways of working. This role offers excellent exposure across the business, the opportunity to influence how operations run, and considerable development opportunities within a collaborative, forward-thinking team.

Core duties:

  • Producing operational reports, evaluating and interpreting data to highlight trends and inform future business development
  • Monitoring metrics and tracking actions, ensuring timely updates, escalations and alignment with governance requirements
  • Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and briefing packs while capturing actions and following up outcomes
  • Supporting Lifecycle Management processes, ensuring compliance with assurance standards and governance frameworks
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to improve processes, contributing to continuous improvement and effective business operations

Essential Skills:

  • Demonstratable experience in business operations, project coordination or project management, with a PM Qualification if possible
  • Considerable data assessment skills, with ability to investigate, interpret and present insights for future business development
  • Experience supporting governance frameworks, Lifecycle Management processes or similar structured operational environments
  • Ample organisational skills with experience coordinating meetings, overseeing documentation and engaging stakeholders across multiple levels

The Business Operations Team:

You’ll be part of a collaborative Business Operations team at the centre of strategy-making, providing insight, governance and coordination across the organisation. Working closely with senior Stakeholders and programmes, you’ll gain broad exposure, contribute to continuous improvement and help shape how the business operates and evolves.
