Job Title: PM Resource Management Specialist (Edgewing)
Location: Reading area – You will need to on site 5 days per week in the embedding period of the role.
The role could be contracted to any BAE Systems Air site (preferably Frimley) but on commencement will immediately be assigned to our Edgewing JV in the Reading area. A financial support package may be available to enable this assignment if required, dependent on certain criteria being met. Due to the nature of this assignment, we envisage there will be a need for mostly on site working, however, flexible working arrangements may be possible – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this role.
Salary: £53,211+ (DOE)

What you’ll be doing:
In this role, you’ll shape short‑term resource planning by helping translate demand and supply needs into clear, practical strategies. You’ll curate and continually refine an integrated view of programme-wide requirements, highlighting their purpose, priority, and impact.
You’ll also spot opportunities for learning and development within the project community to enhance day‑to‑day effectiveness. Alongside this, you’ll create straightforward, insightful resource insights and predictive views that help stakeholders understand what’s happening now and what’s ahead, enabling assured and informed strategies.
Core duties:
- You will bring experience coordinating resource planning across varied teams and shifting priorities.
- You have considerable knowledge of Office tools and digital solutions to capture, interpret, and communicate demand and supply needs.
- You can work confidently in multi-faceted, regulated environments, evaluating data, identifying trends, and explaining their impact
- You will have considerable interpretative strength to turn insights into clear, accessible recommendations for colleagues at every level
- You can design and deliver project‑focused learning that supports capability growth across the function
