Location: Samlesbury – Minimum 4 days onsite

What you’ll be doing :
This is a highly varied role within a broader Manufacturing Functional Team, offering excellent opportunities for growth and progression. You will act as a key link between Manufacturing, Discipline Owners and Resource Leads, helping to shape effective resource delivery across multiple programmes. You’ll analyse demand and supply data, support IBP processes, and ensure plans stay aligned. You will also play an important role in forecasting, cost planning and recruitment, helping build a responsive, high performing workforce. This as an ideal role for a people focused professional with strong analytical skills.
Core duties:
- Acting as the primary interface with the Manufacturing Function and dedicated Discipline Owner
- Interfacing with Manufacturing Resource Leads to understand and support the delivery of resource requirements across multiple programmes
- Understanding and analysing demand and supply data within Planning Analytics to inform resource planning activities
- Supporting Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes, ensuring resource requirements are accurately captured and aligned across the Function
- Signalling resourcing requirements and supporting subsequent recruitment activities in line with the Air Resource Cell processes
- Supporting forecasting and cost base planning activities, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with functional and financial requirements
Essential Skills:
- Understanding of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) principles
- Strong organisational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and working to deadlines
- Experience of stakeholder engagement, with the ability to interface effectively at all levels.
- Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in data and reporting outputs
