Job Description:
You’ll join a collaborative service operations environment supporting critical AIR ERP and Extended IT Solutions across the business. Working with transactional data, batch stewardship and data monitoring activities, you’ll help maintain reliable, accurate and efficient ERP services that support operational performance and business continuity across multiple functions.
Collaborating with functional stakeholders, third-party providers and wider service teams, you’ll contribute to data error handling, log oversight and service integration activities within a large-scale digital environment. This role offers valuable exposure to enterprise ERP systems, service management processes and continuous improvement strategies, providing excellent opportunities to develop technical knowledge and build experience within a fast-paced technology function.
Core duties:
- Monitoring AIR ERP batch schedules and overseeing changes aligned to business and seasonal operational requirements
- Supporting resolution of data-related incidents, coordinating fixes and minimising operational impact across ERP services
- Advanced monitoring batch and interface performance, identifying issues and supporting continuous service improvements
- Producing reports, service updates and performance information for management reviews and operational strategy-making
- Supporting service transition activities, maintaining documentation and coordinating agreed service changes across stakeholders
Essential Skills:
- Experience managing batch processing, data logs and transactional data activities within ERP or IT environments
- Knowledge of ITIL V3 service management values, supporting structured and effective service delivery practices
- Experience coordinating incident and problem mitigation activities to minimise operational disruption and service impact
- Understanding of data management processes, including monitoring, validation and data-related error resolution activities
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders, service teams and third-party providers to support business requirements
The Information Management & Technology Team:
Supporting critical AIR ERP and Extended IT services, this function ensures reliable data processing, service continuity and operational performance across the business. By managing transactional data, resolving service issues and driving continuous improvement, it plays an important role in enabling efficient digital operations and supporting wider business performance.
