Job title: International Business Winning Lead

Location: Christchurch. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role

Salary: Circa £65,000 depending on skills and experience

What you’ll be doing:

• You will be leading the creation of a business-winning environment through market understanding and planning
• You will identify and develop relationships with customers, government, and industry partners
• Ensure that any Technology & Capability requirements are safe, regulatory compliant, cost-effective, efficient, and innovative
• Collaborate with Business Development Managers to structure activities and route-to-market strategies
• Work with International Partners (Japan and Italy) and focus on UK only strategy to develop the conception and assessment of the programme plus, get ready for some exciting international travel opportunities
• You will support the Business Winning Team in growing a profitable international business through campaign activities

Your skills and experiences:

Essential:

• Degree qualification or equivalent experience
• The successful candidate will have proven leadership experience, alongside the vision and business acumen to be part of a multi-functional team, working across lines of business and maintaining close alignment to business strategy and the wider Digital Intelligence International environment
• Ability to prioritise conflicting demands/requirements/information to take a sector view and make informed, independent decisions in line with C5ISR International Business Winning Strategy
• Demonstrable strong organisation skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure, against focussed objectives and Order Intake targets
• This role will not have direct reports, but the ability to manage/co-ordinate a multi-disciplined team is essential
• A proven track record of successful business winning, within complex multi-functional programmes and sensitive projects

Desirable

• Previous International Business or Sales Experience
• An understanding of Offset and Industrialisation process
• NATO Secret Clearance
• Experience with Defence
