Job Description
Job Title: ITB Analyst
Location: Ottawa, ON
Salary: $87,600 – $105,100
What you’ll be doing:

Support the manager of Industrial & Technological Benefit (ITB) with the preparation, implementation and maintenance of ITB Management and Offset Plans, subsidiary plans and deliverables

Assist with the management of all aspects of BAE Systems’ Offset process & comply with contractual requirements

Translating offset objectives into action plans and ensure all offset commitments are achieved.

Support the generation and provision of internal management briefings on offset status and help to generate external offset reports

Develop sources of ITB credits through discussions with government agencies, key suppliers, defence & marine industry associations
Your skills and experiences:
-
General knowledge of offset principles
-
Exceptional business acumen and understanding of business transactions (e.g. purchase orders, licensing, technology transfer etc.)

Ability to develop innovative solutions to solve issues
-
Attention to detail
-
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel, Word and PowerPoint and an ability to consolidate, manipulate and analyze multiple sources of data

Customer Relationship Management skills

The Commercial team:
You will be working within a small close knit team in the commercial sector engaging with stakeholders across the wider business and collaborating on multiple short term/long term projects with the UK team and Canadian government. Occasional domestic and international travel may be required.
