Job Title: Inclusion Advisor (12 Month FTC)

Location: Warton or Samlesbury 3 days per week on site

Role Description:

The Air sector Inclusion Advisor plays a critical role in advancing an inclusive, equitable and ethical culture across the Air business. As a key member of the newly integrated Air Ethics and Inclusion team, the postholder will help strengthen the alignment between ethical practice and inclusion initiatives, supporting the sector’s commitment to a positive, people‑centred culture.

The role sits at the intersection of strategy, culture, and delivery. You will be trusted to navigate complexity, balance competing priorities, and make evidence-based recommendations that strengthen fairness, trust, and belonging for our employees.

This is a hands-on role with visibility at senior levels, offering the chance to develop specialist expertise, broaden your organisational impact, and work across different locations and culture

Core duties:

  • Lead and accelerate delivery of priority inclusion initiatives aligned to organisational goals
  • Working alongside our HR colleagues to provide support and expertise as required
  • Contribute to research and evidence gathering to inform inclusion priorities, track progress and support continuous improvement
  • Work alongside our Ethical Business Conduct team to provide support and expertise as required
  • Maintaining the Air Sector Inclusion resources ensuring the sites hold relevant information

Essential Skills:

  • Proven experience working in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion within a large organisation
  • Experience and practice in inclusive leadership, strategy deployment, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Considerable working knowledge of the Equality Act 2010 and relevant legislation.
  • Experience designing and delivering workshops and facilitated discussions.
  • Ability to analyse qualitative and quantitative data to generate insight building reports for senior management

The Ethics and Inclusion Team:

You’ll join a small, central team managing ethics cases and supporting colleagues across the organisation. The role involves considerable collaboration, working across multiple programmes, and promoting an inclusive environment. You’ll partner with global teams, including in the Middle East, applying inclusion principles with cultural awareness. It’s a broad, cross-functional role offering exposure to different geographies and the opportunity to drive alignment and consistency across teams.
