Job Description:
You will support the end‑to‑end export documentation and processes required to deliver Air Sector assets compliantly and efficiently. This includes ensuring adherence to HMRC requirements, maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of export legislation, and supporting robust governance across all export activities. Your work ensures safe, compliant, and timely delivery of equipment to international customers while safeguarding the company’s regulatory obligations.
Core duties:
- Plan, implement, and process export deliveries of military equipment in line with current legislation
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, legislative, and contractual export requirements, including UK trade controls
- Liaise with customers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to resolve export‑related queries
- Maintain governance and compliance for the physical movement of customer and company assets
- Consider financial implications of export operations and support accurate reporting and escalation
Essential Skills:
- Experience working in an international trade or commercial export environment, with applied knowledge of export processes
- Considerable understanding of international trade regulations and the ability to apply up‑to‑date export techniques
- Previous experience preparing or handling export documentation and coordinating with external logistics partners
- Proficient IT skills, including comfortable use of Microsoft Word and Excel to support documentation and reporting

The team manages multi-faceted global import and export operations, ensuring compliant, efficient delivery of Air Sector assets.
