Job Title: Business Engagement Lead – Demand Shaping

Salary: Circa £53,600 depending on experience

Role Description:
The Business Engagement Lead (BEL) serves as a tactical relationship manager who operates under the strategic oversight of a Business Relationship Manager for the Demand Shaping Capability. You will work alongside various supporting technical leads within the business to lead the activities associated with Demand Shaping. The BELs primary responsibility is to manage day-to-day engagement activities associated with Demand Shaping.
Core Duties:
- Ensuring Demands are clearly aligned to Strategic Priorities
- Informing Demand Assessment and Allocation and leading supplier and internal engagement
- Improving the quality and consistency of demand through leading technical assessment
- Identifying repeatable work that may be suitable for standardised delivery
- Tracking and management of Demand Shaping activities through ServiceNow
Essential Skills:
- Experience of managing Demand through ServiceNow
- Proven experience in business engagement, portfolio management, demand management, or business relationship roles
- Good understanding of digital, data, or technology delivery models (e.g., Agile)
- Competent user of Project Management tools including MS Project as well as MS Office suite
- Agile delivery experience
