Role Description:

Application Analysts are responsible for technical and functional software product support, maintenance and development that are managed to provide a cost-effective solution to the business or customer

Core Duties:

• Stakeholder, Customer & Support Management: Assist with stakeholder management and user support, maintaining clear, regular communication with customers in line with SLAs for support requests and incidents.
• Application Support & Issue Resolution: Take ownership of identifying and resolving application malfunctions, providing timely responses, recommendations, and continuous improvement solutions.
• Analysis, Development & Configuration: Support analysis, development, and configuration of applications, including assembling modules and adapting software packages to meet business needs.
• Testing, Prototyping & Validation: Design and execute unit and integration test cases, perform solution prototyping, and validate system outcomes.
• Delivery, Quality & Continuity: Coordinate testing and production delivery, monitor performance against quality assurance plans, and support service continuity.
• Documentation, Roadmap & Technical Capability: Develop specifications and support documentation, contribute to the technology roadmap, and build knowledge of emerging technologies and their application.

About You

• Extensive experience in the Asset Management/ ERP Application Support space is highly desirable
• Experience with Oracle SQL is considered desirable
• Experience in the aviation or defence industry is considered advantageous
• Defence security clearance or eligibility to obtain NV1 Clerance
• Eligibility to be cleared for International Traffic In Arms (ITAR) regulations
