Responsibilities

· Plan, coordinate, and manage aeronautical engineering projects across UAV, fighter, and training aircraft systems from initiation to closure.

· Define and develop project scope, schedules, budgets, and technical deliverables aligned with operational and regulatory requirements.

· Provide specialized engineering input on airframe, propulsion, avionics, and flight control systems throughout design and modification phases.

· Ensure compliance with national and international airworthiness standards and aviation regulations (e.g., GACA, FAA, EASA).

· Conduct technical risk assessments and develop appropriate mitigation strategies for engineering and project activities.

· Supervise and validate the proper integration, installation, and functional verification of aircraft systems and components.

· Support and oversee ground and flight test activities; analyze data and recommend technical improvements based on performance outcomes.

· Prepare and maintain accurate engineering documentation, test reports, certification records, and project progress summaries.

· Identify and implement opportunities for system optimization, cost-efficiency, and lifecycle performance enhancements.

· Develop and create Statements of Requirement (SoR) to define technical and operational needs.

· Draft and maintain Statements of Work (SoW) outlining project scope, deliverables, and responsibilities.

· Facilitate and participate in technical reviews, engineering audits, and compliance inspections.

· Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on technical objectives, risks, and milestones.

· Capture and apply lessons learned from completed projects to drive continuous improvement in engineering practices and project delivery.

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor of Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Project Management or a related field.

· Four to six years of professional experience in the same field, with a proven track record of technical expertise, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration.

· The candidate must be Saudi National.

· PMP Certified preferred.

· Strong knowledge of aircraft systems: airframe, avionics, propulsion, flight control.

· Proficiency in:

· Good knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

· Project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)

· Knowledge of aviation regulatory standards (FAA, EASA, GACA, ICAO).

· Ability to troubleshoot, identify and solve technical problems.

· Fluent in English (speaking, reading and writing)

· Strong Technical Knowledge with the ability to think laterally when required.

· Strong Communication and Team working Skills.

· Self-motivated with the ability to Work to Deadlines.

· Ability to Think Creatively.
