Job Description

We’re looking for a commercially driven, customer-first Trade & Pricing Manager to accelerate our US business. You’ll be the go-to expert on US performance and customer demand, using data and market insight to make clear recommendations on proposition, pricing and promo mechanics. You will build a holistic view of what drives the US business (traffic, conversion, sales and profit) and partner cross-functionally across Pricing, Performance Marketing, Delivery/Operations and onsite customer journey teams to ensure we’re pulling the right levers to deliver against our commercial targets.

This is a high impact role where you will help shape the direction of our US trading strategy and will be a key contributor to our continued growth and profitability in market.

The Details

  • Lead daily/weekly/monthly performance diagnostics, identify key drivers (price, promo, stock, mix, delivery proposition and customer experience), and build and execute action plans with stakeholders to improve conversion, sales and margin
  • Forecast sales and track key KPI’s (traffic, CVR, ABV, Sales, Margin), proactively identifying risks to the business plan and identifying opportunities to improve performance
  • Plan and manage the promotional calendar, defining event objectives, mechanics and expected impact
  • Evaluate promotional events and pricing actions post-launch, capturing learnings and embedding improvements to uplift full price mix, conversion and profitability
  • Analyse customer behaviour data to inform identify user pain points and areas of friction that are impacting conversion rate

Qualifications

About You

  • Relevant experience, preferably at a fashion retailer
  • Strong commercial mindset with experience in trade planning, forecasting, and delivering against sales & margin targets
  • Strong analytical capability (advanced Excel; confident building performance stories) with experience using data to make pricing, promo and trading recommendations (Adobe/GA/ContentSquare experience a plus)
  • Thrives in a dynamic, high-growth environment, balancing agility with strategic focus.
  • Proactive, action oriented, and committed to delivering results consistently.
  • High level of ownership, accountability and initiative
  • Comfortable leading several key projects while keeping high priority in mind to drive the business forward
