Job Description

As the Third-Party New Business Manager at ASOS, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing the onboarding of new partner brands to ASOS. You will oversee the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring that brands integrate smoothly, efficiently, and in line with agreed timelines. This role requires close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to deliver a seamless experience to the relationship of brands with ASOS. You will be the face of ASOS to new brands, being the primary relationship builder, and contact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboarding Management: Own and manage the full onboarding process for third-party brands, ensuring timely and efficient integration to meet agreed launch dates.
  • Critical Path Ownership: Develop and maintain the brand onboarding critical path, co-ordinating with internal teams (e.g., legal, finance, tech, operations, compliance etc) and brand partners to ensure efficient onboarding.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously review, and optimise, onboarding workflows to drive efficiency, speed, and scalability, gathering feedback from brand partners to ensure an industry-leading process.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Facilitate kick-off meetings with brands and internal teams to address potential challenges, navigate roadblocks, and align on onboarding requirements.
  • Documentation and Training: Create and maintain onboarding documentation, training materials, and best practices to ensure consistency and scalability.
  • Relationship Building: Serve as the primary point of contact for new brands, building strong relationships and acting as their advocate to ensure a positive onboarding experience.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse onboarding metrics, proactively addressing issues to ensure successful brand launches.
  • Strategy Support: Represent the brand strategy internally and externally, leveraging data-driven insights to drive decisions and embed processes that align with ASOS’ goals.
  • DEI: Supporting our culture by driving Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategies.

Qualifications

Who We’d Like to Meet

  • Industry Knowledge: Proven experience working with third-party brands, ideally within e-commerce, retail, or fashion, across models like Wholesale, Flexible Fulfilment, and Marketplace.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple onboarding processes and stakeholders simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Process Optimization: Experience in driving efficiencies, improving workflows, and embedding systems and processes to support business strategy.
  • Relationship Management: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and confidently influence internal and external partners.
  • Analytical Skills: Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to turn insights into actionable plans.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work under pressure, prioritize effectively, and deliver solutions despite obstacles or ambiguity.
  • Passion for Fashion: Deep understanding of the third-party brand space and ASOS’ customer base, with a genuine enthusiasm for the fashion industry.
  • Leadership: Experience leading and motivating teams to deliver results, with a focus on driving change and continuous improvement.
