Job Description

The Role

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Marketing Campaign Executive to join the Topshop Marketing Team. This is a marketing role with a core focus on project management, administration, and account management – supporting the execution of brand and promotional campaigns, coordinating across teams, and ensuring timely, effective delivery of marketing initiatives.

You will work across multiple touchpoints, from campaign planning and briefing to cross-functional coordination and post-campaign analysis.

What you'll be doing...

Project Management & Campaign Coordination

  • Support the Marketing Manager in the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing campaigns, propositions, and retail initiatives.
  • Manage marketing project timelines, deliverables, and communication across departments.
  • Coordinate with global and local teams (CRM, Performance Marketing, Content, Creative) to ensure alignment and timely rollout.
  • Working with internal teams across Finance, Procurement, Legal to enable workflow in line with critical paths
  • Work with Social Media, Content and PR to ensure delivery of creative assets
  • Ideation with wider team to support new initiatives

Campaign Implementation

  • Follow the global marketing calendar to execute promotional and retail activity across the website and all communication channels.
  • Brief internal teams and monitor progress to ensure timely and accurate delivery of assets.
  • Ensure thorough testing and QA of assets and site experiences ahead of launches.
  • Own timelines against critical paths and process led delivery

Insight & Reporting

  • Support post-campaign analysis: gather performance data, liaise with Insight teams, and deliver actionable reports.
  • Track competitor and market trends, sharing insights to inform ongoing and future activity.

Team Collaboration

  • Serve as the key coordinator for marketing projects within the Topshop team.
  • Assist in the execution of sales-driving partnerships and brand campaigns that reflect Topshop’s fashion-forward identity.

  • Passion for the fashion industry and the Topshop brand.
  • Confident managing multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders.
  • Comfortable using data and insights to guide decisions and improvements.
  • A natural communicator who can connect creative, technical, and strategic teams.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in marketing or project coordination (in-house or agency).
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Experience working with performance marketing or ecommerce platforms is a plus.
  • Familiarity with global brand operations and a commercial mindset.
  • Analytical mindset and confidence using data to evaluate marketing performance.
