You will be responsible for:
1. Employee Support
Serve as the main point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, compensation, benefits, performance management, payroll, and other HR-related inquiries.
Assist People Partners with the employee lifecycle processes.
Support the roll-out of company-wide HR initiatives, such as performance review cycles, employee surveys, and benefits enrolment.
Promote the use of the HR Portal and support employees and managers in navigating self service tools like Workday and other HR systems by providing guidance, training, and troubleshooting assistance for accessing HR policies, procedures, and resources.
Manage transactions in Workday and other HR systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data is maintained.
Collaborate with HR and business teams to drive key HR initiatives, including employee recognition programs, wellness programs, and engagement surveys.
Assist in the implementation of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, ensuring all employees are aware of and can engage in related programs.
Actively contribute to improving employee experience by gathering feedback and supporting improvements to HR processes and tools.
2. Employee Engagement & Culture Building
Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture.
Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and support employee engagement activities aimed at boosting retention and engagement.
3. Onboarding & Offboarding
Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Conduct orientation sessions and provide necessary training materials and resources.
Manage the offboarding process as per company policy and ensure completion of necessary documentation.
Develop and maintain induction materials for third-party staff.
4. Third-party Staff Related
Collaborate with Operations to understand staffing needs and support business requirements.
Manage the recruitment process for third-party staff by coordinating with vendors, site administrators, DC managers, and the ER Lead.
Analyse trends related to headcount, overtime, attrition, and absenteeism.
Develop contingency plans with Operations & ER Lead and the vendors to ensure uninterrupted services during peak times, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.
Support the ER Lead with external stakeholder management.
Handle invoice escalations and coordinate with the finance department for payment resolutions.
5. Site Compliance & Audits
Assist the Employee Relations team in ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Regularly monitor the site to ensure adherence to legal requirements, regulations, and company policies.
Maintain accurate compliance and audit records.
Support ER Leads and DC Managers in implementing corrective actions for audit findings.
Update site compliance policies and ensure their effective implementation.
Train site staff on compliance requirements and best practices.
Collaborate with site managers and supervisors to integrate compliance into daily operations.
Qualifications & Experience
➢ MBA HR/ Equivalent Postgraduate.
➢ 5-6 years of experience in HR domain
➢ Candidates from supply chain logistics and e-com industry would be preferred.
