22.5 hours per week

09.30 – 14.30, Monday – Friday

Following the recent review in the People team, we have an exciting opportunity for a coordinator who will be at the forefront of engaging with our internal and external candidates and working closely with hiring managers to ensure smooth interview processes.

As a key player in our team, you'll also manage essential administrative tasks and provide exceptional support in the onboarding process across Anglian Water.

What does it take to be a Recruitment Co-ordinator?

  • Excellent problem solving and organisational skills

  • Strong team player with a willingness to learn

  • Superb attention to detail and the ability to pay attention to the small details to ensure compliance

  • Ability to manage your own workload and timings, prioritising when needed

  • Excellent IT skills with proven experience of M365 applications

  • Experience of dealing with customers would be beneficial

  • Aptitude and ability to work in a fast paced and continuous improvement focussed environment
