Circa £35,000 (dependent on skills & experience)
Permanent / 37 hours per week / Full-time (with flexibility for part-time working)

Enable delivery excellence as a PMO Analyst
As a PMO Analyst within our Performance team, you’ll play a key role in improving the success rate of Business Change Projects and Programme by supporting the delivery of PMO services and driving best practice.
You’ll take ownership of selected PMO services, including maintaining schedules and plans, financial and delivery analysis, benefits tracking, and governance reporting. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on detail, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to make a real impact on Project and Programme delivery effectiveness.
What you will be doing
Support our leaders in sustaining the enterprise portfolio-level Strategic plan
Work with stakeholders to improve business cases.
Update project registers and systems, collating and compiling data for reporting.
Support Project Managers with financial planning and analysis.
Ensure Projects and Programmes are complying with Portfolio performance standards
Ensure quality and consistency of key outputs such as RAID logs and highlight reports.
Provide coaching and training to project teams on templates and processes.
Manage secure files and documentation across SharePoint sites.
Develop and maintain PMO tools, templates, and processes.
Analyse resource and delivery plans to improve outcomes.
Analyse Project performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Support strategic prioritisation workshops
What does it take to be a PMO Analyst?
Project management qualification or experience working on projects/programmes.
Proven understanding of delivery and control processes (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
Experience collating data and producing reports.
Strong organisational, prioritisation, and risk management skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and SharePoint.
Desirable: Experience with PowerBI, financial planning, and PMO environments.
