What will you be doing?

As Plant Compliance Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the compliance of all plant hired through our Managed Service Desk service and managing the performance of our key supplier contracts.

No two days are the same, but you can expect to:

-Monitor, record and report on key performance indicators to ensure contractual and compliance requirements are met.

-Visit operational sites across the region to audit plant compliance and support safe working practices.

-Work closely with our Health & Safety teams to monitor the people and plant interface and investigate compliance concerns.

-Support the implementation and monitoring of Human Form Recognition (HFR) standards and reporting.

-Build strong relationships with suppliers, contractors and operational teams to drive improvements and resolve issues.

-Manage supplier and framework performance, ensuring high standards of service delivery.

-Collaborate with Procurement, Commercial and Framework Management colleagues to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.

-Use data, reporting and insights to support informed decision making and improve business performance.

What does it take to be successful?

We're looking for someone who can confidently engage with a wide range of stakeholders and who has a passion for safety, compliance and operational excellence.

You'll ideally have:

-Experience in supplier, contract or framework management.

-Knowledge of plant compliance and the people and plant interface.

-Experience of Human Form Recognition (HFR) principles and compliance monitoring.

-Experience working collaboratively with Health & Safety, Procurement and Commercial teams.

-Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

-A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.

-Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office, SharePoint and document control systems.

-A full UK driving licence and the ability to travel across the region.

Most importantly, you'll share our values and demonstrate the behaviours that help us build trust, do the right thing and always explore better ways of working.

Why Anglian Water?

At Anglian Water, we put people at the heart of everything we do. You'll be joining a supportive team where your ideas will be valued, your development encouraged and your work will have a direct impact on creating a safer, more sustainable future.

If you're passionate about compliance, enjoy building strong partnerships and want to help drive improvements across a critical service area, we'd love to hear from you.
