At Anglian Water, we are delivering one of the most ambitious infrastructure programmes in the UK water industry. As we invest in innovative solutions to secure water supplies for future generations, we are looking for experienced operational professionals to help ensure our major projects are designed, developed and delivered with operations at their heart.

We are recruiting two Major Projects Operational & Maintenance Leads to join our Strategic Asset Management team.

What you will be doing

-Provide operational expertise throughout project development, design and commissioning activities

-Influence project teams to ensure operational & maintenance considerations are embedded from the earliest stages

-Support the development of operational & maintenance strategies for major infrastructure programmes

-Identify and challenge operational & maintenance risks throughout the project lifecycle

-Champion safety in design and continuous improvement across projects in key process safety areas

What you will bring

-Significant experience operating or maintaining water, water recycling or complex industrial assets

-Experience working in high-hazard or highly regulated environments

-Strong understanding of operational risk, maintenance, process safety and safe systems of work

-Excellent communication, collaboration and influencing skills

-Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
