Full-time, with flexibility for part-time / 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

We’re looking for a Campaign Manager to join us on a 12-month contract, leading the delivery of impactful, integrated communications that put our customers and our region’s water resources at the heart of everything we do. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong water-sector background, particularly in water efficiency or behaviour change campaigning to shape how our brand is understood and how we help customers value and use water wisely.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead and coordinate strategic communications that help customers understand the value of water and support sustainable water use across the region.
  • Develop and deliver integrated campaigns, particularly those focused on water efficiency, resource resilience, behaviour change and community engagement.
  • Champion brand consistency and ensure all messaging aligns with our environmental priorities and long-term resource management goals.
  • Build strong relationships with operational water teams, behavioural science specialists, and external agencies to deliver high-quality, insight-driven campaigns.
  • Apply data and insight from customer research to water-usage analytics to optimise campaign performance and identify opportunities to drive measurable water-saving outcomes.

What does it take to be successful?

  • A degree (or equivalent experience) and significant experience in marketing and campaign management.
  • A background in the water industry, water resource management, or sustainability, particularly delivering water efficiency or customer behaviour-change campaigns.
  • Experience working strategically within complex, matrix organisations.
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to create compelling, audience-driven content across multiple formats.
  • Confidence managing senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using insight, data and performance analytics to track campaign impact and drive continuous improvement, ideally with an understanding of water consumption metrics or resource-use behaviours.
