Location: Singapore | The Heart of Aerospace Innovation

Duration: 12-24 Months

Key Partners: Singapore Airlines (SIA), Scoot (TGW), CEVA Logistics, Satair

The Challenge: Beyond Logistics

In the world of Flight Hour Services (FHS), "time" isn't just money-it’s an
aircraft staying on the ground. We are looking for a high-energy Supply Chain Manager
to join our Singapore hub.

This isn't a role where you sit behind a screen all day. You are the "Special Ops" of our supply chain. Your mission is to deconstruct complex bottlenecks,
redesign how parts move across the globe, and ensure that Singapore Airlines and Scoot
remain at the top of their game, and FHS remains competitive and efficient.

Tasks & accountabilities :

  • 🔍 The Industrial Detective: Investigate "Abnormal Status"
mysteries. When a part is blocked between a customer line and a repair station, you find out why . You won’t just fix the error; you’ll redesign the systemic triggers and timestamps to ensure it never happens again.
  • 🚀 The 4PL Transition Lead: You are key to a major
transformation. You will manage the implementation of a new 4PL/3PL transport ecosystem for SIA and Scoot warehouses.
This is a project which is high-visible both internally and to our customers.
  • 🤝 Strategic Partner Manager: You’ll manage the interface with CEVA Logistics . You aren't just checking invoices; you are
optimizing their performance, solving issues, and accelerating the Goods Receipt (GR) flow.
  • 📊 The Consumption Strategist: Use "Big Data" for "Big Impact." You’ll analyze 12-year check consumption patterns to predict the future and develop (with the customer) new means for optimizing the material supply chain to ensure the right part is available at the right time at minimum cost.
  • 💡 Local Innovation Catalyst: Champion "Lean" projects to slash operational costs. You have a license to look at our standard processes and say, "We can do this better, faster, and smarter."

Why Singapore? (The "Feet-on-the-Tarmac" Factor)

This role cannot be done from a remote desk. You are here because the pulse of the operation is in Singapore . You will be physically present at the SIA/TGW customer facilities, working with their warehouses & material managers; as well Satair distribution center. You need to see the physical flow, talk to the warehouse teams, and audit the process on-site to bridge the gap between digital data and physical reality; be the architect of improvement. You are the local face of FHS excellence.

Required skills :

  • The Brain: You hold a Master’s degree (Business or Engineering) and "Supply Chain" is a language you speak fluently.
  • The Energy: You have "Day 1" enthusiasm. You are curious,
resilient, and don’t take "that’s just how we’ve always done it" for an answer.
  • The Toolset: You love data visualization and have a crush on ERP logic, but you’re even better at human communication .
  • The Passport: You are eligible for the French VIE program, speak business level English and are ready to dive into the vibrant,
    fast-paced culture of Singapore.

What’s In It For You?

  • Prestigious Portfolio: Real-world impact on the operations of world-class airlines.
  • Autonomy: We give you the mission; you find the solution.
  • Global Network: Exposure to Airbus, Satair, major 3PL leaders, Singapore Airlines and Scoot.
  • The Singapore Life: Living and working in the world’s leading
    logistics hub.

This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
