The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) program is an international program sponsored by the French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment, open to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function.

The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France’s eligibility criteria.

VIE Main Requirements:

- European Union citizens (plus Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Monaco), graduates up to and including 28 years old.

- Have fulfilled military obligations for their country, if any.

- Fluent in English.

(Volunteer for International Experience) program.

Your Mission:

A VIE for Business Analyst position has arisen within Airbus FHS in Kuala Lumpur. You will join the Transportation department.

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks will include:

• Identification and monitoring of continuous improvement projects

• Support for supplier management (performance monitoring, reporting, follow-up meetings, etc.)

• Creation and monitoring of business processes

• Implementation of digital tools

Required skills

You have a 5-year degree in Transport, Supply Chain or a related discipline, or you have several years' experience in these sectors.

You will have the following experience and skills:

• Project management

• Supplier management

• Cross-functional project management

• Participation in the digital transformation of the Supply Chain

• Language skills: Advanced level in English
