Misión:

Como Trainee Cadena de Suministro serás responsable de brindar soporte administrativo en las de compras y ventas

Responsabilidades:

Auxiliar a las áreas de front office y back office soporte en las tareas mecánicas y rutinarias relacionadas al Technical Procurement.

Auxiliar al líder de Compras para trabajar en los proyectos Governance, mejora continua, etc. Soporte en las tareas administrativas del área.

Apoyar en la revisión de las facturas sin aplicar por parte de Finanzas

Dar soporte en la actualización y manutención de los archivos de proveedores de GP, actualización de expedientes electrónicos, etc.

Requerimientos:

Recién egresado de la Ingeniería en Aeronáutica o Licenciatura terminada en negocios internacionales, relaciones internacionales, comercio internacional y/o afín.

Ingles Básico

Manejo de tablas dinámicas y bases de datos

Excel avanzado o google sheet

Mission:

As a Supply Chain Trainee, you will be responsible for providing administrative support in the purchasing and sales areas.

Responsibilities:

Assist the front office and back office areas by providing support in the mechanical and routine tasks related to Technical Procurement.

Assist the Purchasing Leader in working on Governance projects, continuous improvement, etc.

Provide support in the administrative tasks of the area.

Support the review of unapplied invoices from Finance.

Provide support in the updating and maintenance of GP supplier files, updating electronic files/records, etc.

Requirements:

Recent graduate with a degree in Aeronautical Engineering or a completed bachelor's degree in International Business, International Relations, International Trade and/or related field.

Basic English

Proficiency in pivot tables and databases

Advanced Excel or Google Sheets
