¿Eres recién egresado y buscas una oportunidad de aprendizaje en el sector aeronáutico? Únete a nuestro equipo como Trainee de Tech Data. En esta posición, apoyarás al departamento en las funciones diarias de la Biblioteca Técnica de Airbus Helicopters México, así como en la distribución, cotización y venta de publicaciones técnicas a clientes de la zona AHMSA.

Misión del puesto:

Apoyar al departamento de Tech Data en las actividades diarias de la Biblioteca Técnica, asegurando la correcta distribución, cotización y venta de publicaciones técnicas para los clientes de la región.

Responsabilidades:

1. Gestión Documental y Logística

  • Recepción y registro: Apoyar en el control de entrada de documentación técnica en las plataformas de Tech Data y actualizar las bitácoras de envíos.
  • Distribución física: Gestionar envíos nacionales e internacionales con proveedores de mensajería, mediante la preparación de guías, facturas comerciales y resolución de incidencias de entrega.
  • Gestión de acuses: Recuperar y archivar las evidencias de recepción de la documentación técnica enviada a clientes y operadores.

2. Administración de Plataformas Digitales

  • Back Office (TIPI): Gestionar cuentas de clientes, validar suscripciones de acuerdo con los modelos de aeronave y brindar soporte en el uso de la plataforma.
  • Airbus World: Apoyar en la administración de altas, bajas y cambios de usuarios en el portal Airbus World.

3. Control de Biblioteca Técnica y Aplicaciones

  • Actualización: Gestionar la vigencia de manuales en dispositivos USB y iPad (Tech-Pub Orion), asegurando la paridad con las versiones actualizadas de los fabricantes (Airbus/Safran).
  • Soporte técnico: Brindar asesoría a los usuarios ante problemas de acceso o uso de manuales digitales.

4. Operación Administrativa y SAP

  • Procesos de compra/venta: Elaborar cotizaciones, órdenes de compra (PO), requisiciones de papelería y facturación de órdenes de venta ( Sales Orders ).
  • Gestión de contratos (ASCS): Monitorear renovaciones de contratos próximos a vencer y depurar contratos obsoletos.
  • Indicadores (KPI): Generar reportes mensuales de transacciones, costos de envío, ventas y costos de no calidad del área.


Requisitos:

  • Formación: Licenciatura en Administración o afín (Pasante o titulado).
  • Herramientas: Manejo de paquetería Office y G Suite.
  • Idiomas: Inglés nivel intermedio (B2).
  • Competencias:
    • Actitud de servicio al cliente.
    • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación.
    • Proactividad y sentido de urgencia.
    • Capacidad de organización y atención al detalle.

Are you a recent graduate looking for a learning opportunity in the aerospace sector? Join our team as a Tech Data Trainee. In this position, you will support the department in the daily operations of the Airbus Helicopters Mexico Technical Library, as well as the distribution, quoting, and sale of technical publications to customers in the AHMSA region.

Job Mission:

To support the Tech Data department in the daily activities of the Technical Library, ensuring the correct distribution, quoting, and sale of technical publications for regional customers.

Responsibilities:

1. Document Management and Logistics

  • Reception and Registration: Support the entry control of technical documentation in Tech Data platforms and update shipping logs.
  • Physical Distribution: Manage domestic and international shipments with courier providers by preparing waybills, commercial invoices, and resolving delivery issues.
  • Acknowledgment Management: Retrieve and archive evidence of receipt for technical documentation sent to customers and operators.

2. Digital Platform Administration

  • Back Office (TIPI): Manage customer accounts, validate subscriptions according to aircraft models, and provide support in platform usage.
  • Airbus World: Assist in managing user additions, removals, and changes within the Airbus World portal.

3. Technical Library and Application Control

  • Updates: Manage the validity of manuals on USB devices and iPads (Tech-Pub Orion), ensuring parity with updated versions from manufacturers (Airbus/Safran).
  • Technical Support: Provide guidance to users regarding access issues or the use of digital manuals.

4. Administrative Operations and SAP

  • Sales and Purchasing Processes: Prepare quotes, purchase orders (PO), stationery requisitions, and Sales Order invoicing.
  • Contract Management (ASCS): Monitor upcoming contract renewals and clear out obsolete contracts.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Generate monthly reports regarding transactions, shipping costs, sales, and Cost of Non-Quality (CoNQ) for the area.


Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration or a related field (Recent graduate or intern).
  • Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and G Suite.
  • Languages: Intermediate English level (B2).
  • Competencies:
    • Customer service mindset.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Proactivity and sense of urgency.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
