Misión:

Como Trainee Cadena de Suministro (Comercio Exterior) serás responsable en contribuir a la eficiencia operativa de la cadena de suministro mediante el soporte administrativo estratégico en los procesos de compra-venta, asegurando el cumplimiento normativo en materia aduanera y la integridad de los expedientes de comercio exterior, mientras se colabora activamente en la transformación digital y automatización de los procesos internos.

Responsabilidades:

Auxiliar a las áreas de front office y back office soporte en las tareas mecánicas y rutinarias

relacionadas al Technical Procurement.

Auxiliar al líder de Comercio y Aduanas para trabajar en los proyectos, mejora continua, etc.

Soporte en las tareas administrativas del área de Comercio y Aduanas.

Apoyo en actividad administrativa, integración de archivos de comercio exterior y actividades operativas/ compliance que del área desprendan.

Requerimientos:

Recién egresado de la Ingeniería en Aeronáutica / Licenciatura terminada en negocios internacionales,

relaciones internacionales, comercio internacional y/o afín.

Inglés Básico

Excel Avanzado o Google Sheet

Habilidades de análisis, comunicación y actitud de servicio al cliente.

Mission

As a Supply Chain Trainee (Foreign Trade), you will contribute to the operational efficiency of the supply chain by providing strategic administrative support to the procurement and sales processes. You will ensure regulatory compliance in customs matters and maintain the integrity of foreign trade records, while actively collaborating on the digital transformation and automation of internal processes.

Responsibilities

  • Technical Procurement Support: Assist Front Office and Back Office teams with routine and mechanical tasks related to technical procurement.
  • Continuous Improvement: Support the Trade & Customs Leader in ongoing projects, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Administrative Management: Provide administrative support specifically tailored to the Trade and Customs department.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Assist in administrative activities, including the integration of foreign trade files and day-to-day operational or compliance tasks as required by the department.

Requirements

  • Education: Recent graduate in Aeronautical Engineering or a Bachelor’s degree in International Business, International Relations, Foreign Trade, or a related field.
  • Languages: Basic English proficiency.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced Excel or Google Sheets (data management, formulas, etc.).
  • Soft Skills: Analytical thinking, strong communication skills, and a customer-service-oriented mindset.
