We are seeking a dual-track Technical Lead to bridge the gap between Continuous Testing and Continuous Learning. You will lead the technical strategy for automating complex enterprise workflows using the Tricentis suite while ensuring that our Digital Adoption Platforms (DAP)-specifically WalkMe or SAP Enable Now-are technically sound, updated in real-time, and validated against the latest software builds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design of scalable, reusable automation frameworks using Tricentis Tosca’s Model-Based Test Automation (MBTA).
  
• Establish best practices for Module creation, Test Case Design (TCD), and Test Data Management (TDM).
  
• Mentor a team of automation engineers in advanced Tosca features (DEX, API testing, and CI/CD integration).
  
• Conduct rigorous reviews of automated suites to ensure modularity and minimize technical debt.
  
• Drive end-to-end testing across diverse environments, including Web, Mobile, Desktop, and complex ERP systems like SAP.
  
• Lead the implementation of WalkMe across enterprise applications, ensuring the DAP layer does not interfere with underlying application performance.
  
• Lead the strategy, implementation, and support of Tosca Cloud.
  
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to integrate Tricentis Tosca into SAP testing processes.
  
• Work with functional consultants and business teams to identify training needs and convert them into effective learning content.
  
• Drive automation and operational excellence across SAP landscapes.
  
• Liaise with Tricentis, SAP, vendors, and internal stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs.
  
• Ensure documentation, governance, and compliance for SAP operations.
  
• Provide input on budget planning, vendor evaluations, and tool licensing.
  

Required skills & experience:

• 8-15 years experience in Automation, with at least 4 years of deep hands-on experience in Tricentis Tosca (Architect level preferred).
  
• 3+ years experience with SAP Enable Now (Producer/Manager) or WalkMe (Editor/Insights). Knowledge of jQuery/CSS for WalkMe customization is a plus.
  
• Working knowledge or hands-on experience with SAP Cloud ALM (CALM).
  
• Good understanding of SAP applications (SAP S/4HANA, ECC, Fiori, etc.).
  
• Familiarity with Tricentis Tosca and its integration with SAP systems (SAP GUI, Fiori, etc.).
  
• Understanding of SAP Enable now to develop learning content.
  
• Solid understanding of SAP transport management and system landscape strategy.
  
• Experience in Agile methodology; previous experience in a Product Owner role is highly desirable.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical deliverables and prioritize accordingly.
  

Preferred Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  
• 8-15 years of industry experience in test automation domain.
  
• Certification in Tricentis: AS1, AS2, TDS1, and AE2 or DAP: WalkMe Builder Certification or SAP Enable Now Standard Implementation is good to have.
  
• Agile Scrum certification (e.g., CSPO, SAFe PO/PM) is good to have.
