Job Description:
- Perform the role of Chief Storekeeper and Receiving Inspector;
- Ensures that all aeronautical products, materials, and consumables are properly identified and have all necessary documents traceable and readily available upon request;
- Ensures proper and accurate inventory, recording, and regular monitoring of aeronautical products, materials, and consumables and its shelf limits as appropriate;
- Withdraws and issues aeronautical products, materials, and consumables to PPC Section upon approval of Support and Service Sales Division;
- Coordinates with concerned offices of aeronautical products, materials, and consumables that are not available or critical in stock level;
- Ensures good general storekeeping/ housekeeping;
- Performs standard incoming inspection of all aeronautical products, materials, and consumables being received by AHPI from accredited suppliers/ vendors and/or customers;
- Prepares and files complaints on any damages found during the standard incoming inspection of delivered goods;
- Ensures unserviceable and unapproved or bogus aeronautical products, materials, and consumables are properly identified and quarantined from the serviceable items;
- Ensures proper identification and tagging of all aeronautical products, materials, and consumables;
- Performs inspection, standard packaging, and documentation of aeronautical products, materials, and consumables prior shipment / delivery;
- Issues AHPI Authorized Release Certificate after performance of required inspection/ test;
- Responsible for updating and monitoring of aeronautical products in stock affected by Airworthiness Directives issued by authorities
- Prepares and perform due diligence for all audit requirements; collaborate projects for the correction of audit findings (CAAP, AH and BIR), propose project to mitigate recurrent findings;
- Provide inventory information with CSM in terms of parts availability for costing purposes and project scheduling;
- Support with mechanics in terms of aircraft parts and consumables inquiry such as technical and other manufacturing information;
