STAGE 2027 - Analyse des politiques commerciales de retrofit pour les avions en service (F/H)

Ce stage, d'une durée de 6 mois, débutera idéalement en janvier 2027 (cette période est indicative et pourra être ajustée).

Vos principales missions consisteront à :

- Collecte et analyse des données

• Effectuer un audit des Service Bulletins actifs et historiques sur l'ensemble de la flotte.
• Extraire les paramètres des politiques commerciales : éligibilité à la gratuité du matériel et de l'assistance technique, remboursement des heures de main-d'œuvre et durées de validité.
• Réaliser un benchmarking (étude comparative) des autres programmes.

- Catégorisation et architecture

de la base de données

• Établir une matrice de classification claire en utilisant les paramètres suivants : Obligatoire ( Mandatory ) / Sécurité ( Safety ) / Sécurité au-delà de la norme ( Safety Beyond Standard ) / Problème majeur en service ( Major In-Service Problem ) / Qualité ( Quality ) / Navigabilité ( Airworthiness ) / Responsabilité technique ( Technical Responsibility ) / Responsabilité juridique ( Liability ) / Justification de la décision commerciale ( Rationale for policy decision ) / Exposition financière ( Cost exposure ).
• Concevoir un moteur de recherche / référentiel centralisé cross-programmes, optimisé pour la recherche par les utilisateurs.
• Élaborer un tableau de bord de suivi intégrant les coûts engagés selon les politiques commerciales et les prévisions.

- État de l'art et guide de standardisation

• Synthétiser ces éléments dans un rapport complet d'« état de l'art » sur les pratiques relatives aux politiques commerciales.
• Élaborer un guide sous forme de grille de décision standardisée pour la rédaction des futurs Service Bulletins, afin d'optimiser le processus d'approbation des politiques commerciales.

Votre tuteur ou tutrice vous accompagnera tout au long de votre stage, vous aidant à développer vos compétences et à atteindre vos objectifs professionnels.

Ce stage vous permettra notamment de développer les compétences suivantes :

• Rétrofit / Modernisation de la flotte : compréhension des flottes et des processus d'inspection, de réparation et de modification des aéronefs.

• Connaissances commerciales : capacité à faire le lien entre les contraintes techniques et les conditions commerciales.
• Reporting analytique : capacité de synthèse ; réalisation de matrices de classification à partir de données complexes et variées.

Votre carte d’embarquement pour cette aventure :

Vous préparez un diplôme de niveau Bac+5 (Master / Diplôme d'ingénieur) en ingénierie aérospatiale, management de l'aviation ou opérations commerciales / gestion d'entreprise (ou équivalent).

Vous possédez idéalement les compétences suivantes :

Compétences techniques :

• Maîtrise des outils de gestion de données (Google Sheets, Power BI, Access / SQL / IA).
• Connaissances aéronautiques / compréhension des enjeux techniques et d'ingénierie.

Your mission :

An internship opportunity titled : « Aircraft in Service Retrofit Commercial Policy Analyst (m/f) » has just opened at Airbus Commercial located in Blagnac. You will join the "Legacy Programmes Support" department within the Customer Services domain, in charge of providing support and services to the in-service A380 / A300 / A310 fleets.

Your internship will consist in: Review all commercial policies proposed to airlines associated with Service Bulletins (/in- service retrofits); analyze consistency, propose enhancement/updates whenever required, and build an organized database to enable fast retrieval and coherence / stability / continuity in future commercial decisions

Ideally, this is a 6 months internship and would start in January 2027 (date subject to flexibility).

Your main missions will consist of :

• Data Collection & Audit
  • Audit active and historical Service Bulletins across aircraft fleets.
  • Extract commercial policies parameters: free of charge material and advisory eligibility, labor hours reimbursements and validity periods.
  • Benchmark other programmes.
• Categorization & Database Architecture
  • Establish a clear classification matrix using these parameters: Mandatory / Safety / Safety Beyond Standard / Major In-Service Problem / Quality / Airworthiness / Technical Responsibility / Liability / Rationale for policy decision / Cost exposure.
  • Build a Cross-programme centralized repository / search engine, optimized for user retrieval.
  • Build a follow up dashboard with engaged cost as per policies - forecast.
• State of the Art & Standardization Guide
  • Synthesize into a comprehensive "State of the Art" report on commercial policy practices.
  • Formulate standardized decision-grid guidelines for future Service Bulletins authoring to streamline commercial policies approval.
    

Your tutor will support you, identify your professional objectives and develop your skills.

This internship will allow you to develop the following skills:

• Aircraft retrofit: understanding aircraft fleets, aircraft inspection / repair / modification processes.

• Commercial knowledge: capability to bridge technical constraints with commercial terms

• Analytical reporting: ability to synthesize; do classification matrices of various complex data.

Your Boarding Pass:

You are preparing a diploma level Bac+5 in Aerospace Engineering, Aviation Management, or Commercial/Business Operations (or equivalent).

You possess the following competences:

Technical skills :

- Proficiency in data management tools (Google sheet, Power BI, Access/SQL / IA).

- Aircraft knowledge/ understanding of technical engineering topics.
