Within the Services Contracts Management team of the Services Commercial department, you will contribute to several strategic projects that are part of the department's 2027 roadmap. This roadmap is focused on strengthening operational excellence, risk management, process performance, and the digitalization of our activities.

Our team's mission is to support airline customers in their daily operations by providing aircraft component repair services and ensuring the successful execution of long-term service contracts.

Supported by experienced project leaders and working closely with a wide range of internal stakeholders (Sales, Program Management, Customer Support, Logistics, Finance, and Quality), you will take part in concrete improvement projects whose deliverables will be directly implemented within the organization.

Your Missions:

1. Definition of a Quality Gate Prior to Contract Execution

As part of strengthening contractual risk management, you will contribute to the creation of a validation process aimed at ensuring that a contract is fully ready for execution after signature and before operational implementation.

Main activities:

• Analyze existing processes used to transfer contracts to operational teams.
• Identify key validation criteria resulting from contractual risk assessments.
• Map the control points required before service commencement.
• Define responsibilities and associated workflows.
• Design and test a validation tool with relevant stakeholders.

Final deliverable: Implementation of a validation tool ("Quality Gate 3") ensuring a secure transition between contract signature and operational execution.

2. Automation of Monthly Customer KPI Reporting

To improve the management of our service contracts, you will contribute to the development of a tool enabling the automatic monitoring of key performance indicators related to our customers' airline operations. The resulting reports will be intended for sharing with customers.

Main activities:

• Identify relevant key performance indicators.
• Analyze existing data sources
• Define data calculation and consolidation rules
• Develop an automated solution for KPI collection, processing, and reporting
• Test and document the developed tool.

Final deliverable: An automated tool enabling the monthly production of performance indicators.

3. Logistics Flow Performance Improvement (QM / IW / CURT Project)

You will contribute to a major cross-functional project aimed at improving the performance and governance of logistics flows associated with our service contracts.

Main activities:

• Analyze customer contractual commitments
• Review current logistics monitoring processes
• Assess and update the templates used for logistics performance management
• Propose enhancements to CURT calculation methodologies
• Map and optimize data flows between the various departments involved
• Participate in and facilitate workshops with internal stakeholders.

Final deliverables: Updated performance management templates, recommendations for improving internal workflows and data flows, and the definition of new CURT calculation rules.

This internship is designed for you

• Student currently enrolled in an Engineering School, Business School, or Master's Degree program.
• Strong interest in continuous improvement, project management, data analysis, and process optimization.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to understand complex business challenges.
• Curious, proactive, and capable of working autonomously.
• Comfortable interacting with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Proficient in Excel and data processing tools.
