Responsabilities:
- Record export orders for parts and components, whether final or temporary for repair abroad, managing the entire export process and seeking faster and more cost-effective alternatives within current regulations.
- Prepare the documentation required by law so the Carrier, Freight Forwarder, and Customs Broker can handle the procedures with the Federal Revenue Service, ensuring the goods are cleared and delivered within the expected time and cost.
- Record import orders for parts and components, whether final or temporary, managing the entire import process and seeking faster and more economical options in compliance with current regulations.
- Prepare the necessary documentation so the Carrier, Freight Forwarder, and Customs Broker can complete the procedures with the Federal Revenue Service and ensure the goods are cleared and delivered to their destination.
- Monitor (follow up on) export and import processes until final delivery of the goods.
- Have knowledge of Laws, Normative Instructions, Decrees, and Ordinances, and be skilled in preparing Import Licenses, Import Declarations, and Export Registrations.
- Analyze costs and lead times to identify and report improvement or innovation opportunities to the manager; work on technological research and development related to the field, seeking continuous improvement in projects required for HELIBRAS activities.
Requirements:
- Completed Higher Education (Preferably in Foreign Trade / International Relations / Business Administration)
- Solid experience in the role
- Strong knowledge of customs regulations
- Experience in import and export across various special regimes (temporary admission, temporary export, special warehouse, direct import, and RECOF)
- Proficiency in Siscomex, Single Window Portal, LI, DI/DUIMP, RE, and DU-E
- Preparation of documentation: invoice, packing list, bill of lading, etc.
- Ability to calculate costs and analyze import/export lead times
- Experience working with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers
- Fluency in Portuguese (spoken, reading, and writing)
- Advanced English (to be assessed during the interview)

Responsabilidades:
- Registrar pedidos de exportação de partes e componentes, sejam definitivos ou temporários para reparo no exterior, conduzindo todo o processo de exportação e buscando alternativas mais rápidas e econômicas dentro da legislação.
- Preparar a documentação exigida pela legislação para que Transportadora, Agente de Carga e Despachante realizem os trâmites com a Receita Federal, garantindo a liberação e entrega do bem no prazo e custo previstos.
- Registrar pedidos de importação de partes e componentes, definitivos ou temporários, conduzindo todo o processo de importação e buscando opções mais ágeis e econômicas dentro das normas vigentes.
- Preparar a documentação necessária para que Transportadora, Agente de Carga e Despachante realizem os trâmites na Receita Federal e o bem seja liberado e entregue ao destino.
- Acompanhar (follow-up) os processos de exportação e importação até a entrega final do bem.
- Dominar Leis, Instruções Normativas, Decretos e Portarias, além de possuir habilidade na preparação de Licenças de Importação, Declarações de Importação e Registros de Exportação.
- Levantar custos e prazos para identificar melhorias ou inovações e reportá-las ao gestor; atuar em pesquisa e desenvolvimento tecnológico da área, buscando melhorias contínuas para os projetos da HELIBRAS.
Requisitos:
- Ensino Superior Completo (Desejável em Comex/ R.I/ Administração de empresas)
- Sólida experiência na função.
- Forte conhecimento de legislação aduaneira.
- Experiência em importação e exportação nos diversos regimes especiais (admissão temporário, exportação temporária, depósito especial, importação direta e recof).
- Domínio de Siscomex, Portal Único, LI, DI/DUIMP, RE e DU-E.
- Preparação de documentação: invoice, packing list, conhecimento de embarque etc.
- Capacidade de calcular custos e analisar prazos de importação/exportação.
- Experiência com transportadoras, agentes de carga e despachantes.
- Fluência em Português (verbal, leitura e escrita).
- Inglês avançado (será avaliado na entrevista).
